  • Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Each shirt is made to order. Please allow 3–7 days for production and 9–14 days for shipping. Total delivery time is typically 12–21 days.

Q: Why does shipping take longer than normal?
A: Because each item is custom printed just for you, we don’t keep inventory on hand. This helps reduce waste and supports a more intentional production process.

Q: Will I receive tracking information?
A: Yes, once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Q: Can I return or exchange my shirt?
A: Because each item is made to order, we typically don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is a printing error. If damaged, you must reach out within 7 business days. The item cannot be worn, stained, damaged, or altered.

Q: What if my item is defective or incorrect?
A: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos, and we’ll make it right.

A: We use high-quality, comfortable materials designed for everyday wear. The clothing is provided by Tapstitch.

Q: Will the print fade or crack?
A: With proper care (wash inside out, cold water, air dry), your shirt should maintain its quality over time.

Q: How does my purchase support your ministry?
A: All proceeds of every purchase goes directly toward launching and supporting our ministry efforts. More news to come in the future.
